Special items: batteries, fuel tanks, airbags, catalytic converters, tyres and parts containing oils or hazardous substances need specific handling. Do not assume we accept them. Ask us before transporting or removing anything.

Yes. WB Phillips Metals collects complete end-of-life cars. If your car is no longer needed, send us its registration, postcode, condition and photographs. Please tell us whether the vehicle can move, where it is parked and whether the collection vehicle can reach it.

What about DVLA records and a Certificate of Destruction?
In the UK, vehicles being scrapped must be treated at an Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF). Where required, the ATF issues the Certificate of Destruction. Before arranging collection, ask our team to explain which facility will receive your vehicle and how the paperwork will be handled. We have not stated that WB Phillips itself is an ATF.
